When booking your appointment please note the following policies:
• Upon booking, you will be asked to pay a £10 non refundable booking fee. This will be deducted from your total bill at your appointment.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your booking fee will be lost.
• If you are going to be late to your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. if you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment may not go ahead and you will be billed the remaining balance.
• I only remove product that I have applied. Please come to your first appointment with bare nails.
